First thing you need to do is get the latest version of the theme.

Do not extract the themes files, WordPress needs to upload the zipped file.

After downloading install the theme as follows:

1. Login to your dashboard
2. Go to Appearance > Themes
3. Click on Add New
4. Click on Upload Theme
5. Navigate to the downloaded theme and open
6. Wait for the installer to finish doing its thing
7. Click on Activate

After activation you will be taken to the theme settings page where you have the option to run a setup program.
