The purpose of this post is to demonstrate how you can use blocks.
Most blocks have styling options. You just need to play and learn how each one works.
Let’s start with some columns:

Next up is an image with an overlay:

Now we have a quote:
This is a quote. The styling will be part of your theme or you can use a the customizer to change how it looks.
You can add tables:

This is a paragraph with a different background colour. And a different text colour. Just have to be a bit careful your colours are accessible.
