SEO becomes easier with this theme. No need for plugins, all you need to do is create your page title and description using the Page/Post SEO Data function:

The SEO title should be a max of 65 characters and properly define the page. The SEO Description should be a short introduction to the page.

If you have been using Yoast or AIOSEO the theme will pick up the existing title and description until you overwrite with an update. In the theme settings there is an option to update the whole database.

Also worth doing is adding your Schema data.
